Sports Therapy combined with MLS Laser Therapy, or with Shockwave Therapy is a WINNING combination!

Sports Therapy is a holistic, hands-on approach to preventing and treating musculoskeletal pain and injuries, whether they’re caused by sport, exercise, or everyday movement. At SO Podiatry & Pilates in Worcester, our Sports Therapist combines the latest principles from exercise science and sports medicine to support your recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term performance — no matter your age, fitness level, or athletic ability.

MLS Laser Therapy is an innovative and non-invasive treatment that reduces pain, swelling and inflammation. It’s perfect for treating soft tissue injuries, and combined with hands-on treatment, it provides rapid healing.

Shockwave Therapy is also a non-invasive revolutionary treatment and works by delivering sound waves to the injured area through a probe and ultrasound gel. These sound waves are non-invasive and lead to several benefits, including accelerated healing, reduced pain, and improved injury recovery.
