Haylee Mutemi, Injury Specialist
BSc (Hons) Sports therapy, SST
Hello, my name is Haylee Mutemi I am thrilled to start my journey here. Treating others and making sure to satisfy their needs has always been something I love to do, especially when it comes to injuries or overall health. I am looking forward to giving the best service and treatment I can.
I have been studying sports and exercise therapy since 2019. I completed my Degree at the University of Wolverhampton. It was an amazing experience to learn and grow in something that I love being. One of my biggest opportunities to date was being one of the sports therapists for the Walsall Men’s first team during season 2023-2024. This was a real eye-opener, and I am grateful to use the knowledge from there at SO Podiatry!
I firmly support the advantages of exercise rehabilitation, hands-on therapies, and proper nutrition. Being a hybrid athlete, I have fully grasped the various implications that these challenges can bring to our daily lives. With that understanding, my primary goal is to help you regain your sense of normalcy and comfort as swiftly as possible. I am committed to guiding you through this process, ensuring that we address the immediate issues and work towards long-term solutions that will keep you pain-free. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way on this journey.
Fun fact about me is that I am a content creator!

Hi! My name is Jodie and I am the receptionist/administrator here at SO Podiatry.
I joined the team at the beginning of September 2022 having previously worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, I thought it was the right time for a change and to try something new-and I am glad I made that decision! I love to meet and greet everyone and I am a whizz with all things admin. I am the happy person at the end of the phone when you call. If you ever have anything you want to know about the practice I can find out the answer.
Away from work I love travelling with my partner, On my wish list is New Zealand! I really want to visit the magical city of New York at Christmas (my favourite time of the year)
I have learnt so much about Podiatry and how the practice works since settling in and I am excited to continue to work alongside the fantastic team!
Jen Sands, Virtual Assistant
Hi! I’m Jen. I love all things admin. I know right, someone’s got to! I work remotely supporting Steph and the team at SO Podiatry with all things admin, email marketing, and website development. Over the past 15 years, small businesses have worked with me to grow, improve their efficiencies, and enjoy their business again.
I’ve always been an admin-bod, and if something needs creating, systemising or managing, I’m just a message or phone call away! Away from work, I’m kept busy with my 3 children, crazy Whippet, and my husband who runs his own carpentry business (yes, my admin skills are put to use there too!). I also LOVE to play Netball and do so at least once a week in Norwich.
