How to redeem: Give us a call on 01905 905042 and quote your voucher number and we will get you booked in.
Details: The class is 45 minutes long. You must arrive 10 minutes before to sign in, complete a medical form and to get ready. Grip socks must be worn for your session (they are available to purchase at Reception for £5). We advise you to wear gym attire, bring a water bottle with you and most importantly: bring those good vibes! We will customise the class to suit your individual needs, ensuring a focused approach and careful attention to form.
